Membership to the Upper Brazos Property Owners’ Association is not mandatory, but membership is strongly encouraged for all property owners.  Membership funds ensure community roads can be maintained for all property owners to utilize.

The roads in the Upper Brazos Estates are always in need of repair and maintenance! Who repairs, who maintains, who owns what and where? These seem to be eternal questions and problems. The Board is working with experts to identify the highest priority repairs and develop a plan for ongoing maintenance as funds allow.

We need more members for the board, we need help with designing a road maintenance plan and the revitalizing of the pond. How about helping set-up or take down from the picnic? If you are interested in getting involved, please reach out to us at info@upperbrazospoa.org or contact any member of the board.
