Farewell and Best Wishes to Teri
Hello all our UBPOA members!!
As many of you are aware, Teri has stepped down from the UBPOA Board following her election to the BMDWCA Board, where she now serves as President. I would personally like to extend my best wishes to her as she embarks on this new role. Teri’s dedication and commitment to learning and executing the correct policies and procedures will undoubtedly make her an excellent President of the Water Board. She will truly be missed by our team, and we hope to carry forward the legacy she leaves behind.
We are dedicated to maintaining open lines of communication with all our valued members. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out. You can also visit our website at www.upperbrazospropertyownersassociation.org for further information and to share your thoughts.

Hello all UBPOA members,
I would like to extend my sincere gratitude for the support you have provided to our UBPOA Board over the past several years. I am now serving in a new role with the Brazos Mutual Domestic Water Consumers Association and will be stepping down as President of UBPOA. Karen Adam will be assuming the role of President, supported by Meredith Pond and Jennifer Roberts. Please direct any inquiries or questions to them. I will remain on board until the Annual UBPOA meeting. I encourage members to consider joining the UBPOA Board, as a minimum of three members are required for its continued operation.
As winter approaches, I would also like to remind everyone to clean the ditches and especially the culverts. Properly maintained culverts help manage runoff efficiently and contribute to preserving our roads.
Thank you once again for your support. Please consider joining the UBPOA Board and remember to keep those culverts clear. I look forward to seeing you at the Annual UBPOA Meeting on Saturday, May 23, 2025, at 10 AM.
Karen Adam – karen.adam@upperbrazospoa.org
Jennifer Roberts – Jennifer.roberts@upperbrazospoa.org
Sincerely,
Teri Fahs
